- Meeting starts at 7.30pm.
- All members who are capable are to assist with carrying, setting up & packing
away Gear.
- Members and Non members upon arrival to report to the front desk to pay their fee for the night whether they are performing or not.
- All people wishing to perform must report to the person at the front desk to put their name down.
- All performers must be ready to go on stage when it is their turn by taking notice of the name of the person on before them. (This minimizes time wastage)
- Each performer is allotted two (2) songs.
- After all performers have taken their turn any free time will be allotted as time permits.
- All performers who require band backing must supply three (3) chorded charts
(If charts need chording or transposing it is suggested that this be done off stage).
- If a performer wants someone in particular to play for them they must ask the person required and have it noted in the book alongside their name.
- At any one time no more than one of each instrument to be plugged in on stage. (eg, Bass, Rhythm, Lead etc) If you wish to strum along with the band you are welcome to do so..But please do not plug in.
- Intoxicated people will not be allowed to perform on stage.
- Children must be supervised by a adult at all times.
- No club gear to be used for anything other than club activities unless passed by the committee and then under the supervision of a club PA operator.
- No abusive behaviour or bad language will be tolerated.
- Children must leave the club by 10.30pm SHARP!
- Any complaints must be in writing and signed then posted or handed to the secretary.
- PA setting not to be interferred with by any persons other than the allotted sound person.
- Only persons carrying equipment may enter or leave by the rear door.
19. Club auditorium to be left in a neat and tidy condition.
